Service description
KnoxSphere Backup Solutions provides tools to schedule database backups, store encrypted backup files, review backup history, and optionally sync backups to connected cloud storage providers.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate configuration and maintain credentials for systems you back up
- Ensure you have the right to back up and store the data you process
- Configure retention, access controls, and cloud connections appropriate to your organization
- Maintain the security of accounts, servers, and connected cloud services
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others
- Attempt to bypass security, access unauthorized data, or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious content or interfere with backup operations
Cloud integrations
Cloud sync features depend on third-party providers such as Google and Microsoft. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data handling by third-party providers outside our control.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for verifying that backups are complete and restorable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.
